How long does it take to deploy Mata Voice?+

Can Mata Voice handle complex inquiries?+
Yes. Mata Voice is trained on your business context, services, and FAQs. It handles qualification, booking, and routing. For complex inquiries, it captures intent, summarizes the call, and routes to the right team member with a full transcript.
What integrations are supported?+
HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and most major CRMs. Calendars: Google, Outlook, Cal.com. For dealerships, we integrate with most DMS platforms. Custom integrations available on the Enterprise plan.
Does it support languages other than English?+
English, Spanish, French, and more. Mata Voice detects the caller's language automatically and responds in kind. Additional languages available on request.
Are calls recorded and transcribed?+
Yes. Every call is logged in the included custom CRM with full transcripts and recordings. Recordings can be configured with retention windows and PII redaction to match your compliance requirements.
What happens if a caller wants a real human?+
Mata Voice routes to a live human at any point in the conversation — never a blind transfer. The human receives the caller's name, intent, and a transcript summary before picking up.
